Wait, less is a product of Teletyped LLC. By accessing or using Wait, less (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Wait, less lets guests discover businesses that operate a digital waitlist—restaurants, salons, clinics, and similar venues—and join those waitlists remotely. We also provide businesses with tools to manage lines and communicate estimated wait times.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or otherwise provide personal information to us. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We collect non-personally identifiable data—such as wait times, queue lengths, time of day, and business category—to improve the accuracy of our wait-time predictions. Additional details are set out in our privacy policy.
All text, graphics, trademarks, and software forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Wait, less and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Wait-time estimates are generated using historical and real-time data. They are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Actual wait times may vary due to factors outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wait, less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
